The 4Change approach to learning comprises three levels:

  • The Microcosm. This individual level -the inner view- allows participants to identify their own strengths and weaknesses, specific characteristics they possess and areas for development.
  • The Macrocosm. This level-the external view- allows participants to understand the context they live and work in by presenting the main trends and challenges of contemporary world, its key players, and how participants can position themselves for success.
  • The Tool Box. Once participants have deepen the knowledge on  themselves and the environment they will work in, this level allows them to acquire the operational knowledge and skills to fruitfully engage with the external world successfully.

In sum, knowing yourself, knowing the context, and applying the tools and techniques will result in success.
