Course information

We all have met in our life a teacher, a professor or a mentor able to draw us in their subject with the same love and passion they were feeling. Most likely, the spark that we felt was not related to the subject itself but to the way the persons were transmitting their knowledge. Was it the tone and pace of voice? Was the capacity to engage you and build on your existing knowledge? Was their ability to challenge you while providing the support needed to meet the challenge? Surprisingly, these are all skills that can be learned.
4change has developed a unique transformational approach to training that has been successfully applied with a large variety of audiences across the world. Whether in Africa, in the Middle East or in Europe 4change approach has provided hundreds of individuals with training competences  to effectively convey their knowledge and skills.

During the 5-day of the course, 4change will support you in acquiring advanced adults’ facilitation techniques; in designing SMART learning objectives; in designing and delivering interactive training sessions; in developing  and using advanced training methodologies such as the role-play, fish bowl and the case study; in improving your verbal and non-verbal communication; in learning to manage difficult and confrontational audiences and in designing evaluation tools.
